The author's view on therapy:
I believe therapy should be a household activity. Everyone needs someone to talk to, and having a neutral, unbias person to give you wisdom, and feedback on behaviors, relationships, and actions. Therapy is a useful exercise that can sometimes help confront negative thoughts, unhealthy behaviors, and to teach you how to live a healthy, productive, and meaningful life is something everyone should have and have access to.
